What do we know about Parabens?

March 20th, 2012

Lately there have been a lot of conversations and television ads about the use of parabens. What are Parabens, how are they used and what are their benefits or are they harmful?  This week I will be addressing some of the issues, hope you enjoy the read.

A group of commonly used cosmetic/personal care product ingredients generally referred to as “Parabens” are methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, isopropyl and isobutylparaben. They are ingredients known as preservatives that are highly effective in preventing the growth of fungi and bacteria and are used to preserve products and greatly extend their shelf life. Thus, they contribute directly to the quality of the product and, more importantly, its safe use for the consumer. Parabens have been used for decades as preservatives in the food, drug and personal care and cosmetic industries.

There have been a number of articles and Internet rumors over the last couple of years that have reported an association between Parabens and breast cancer. It is implied in these reports that Parabens can cause breast cancer by acting like estrogen, the female sex endocrine hormone, through a process called endocrine disruption. Some of these studies suggest a very weak estrogenic or endocrine disrupting effect of Parabens. However, these studies, which have been conducted in animals, are observed only when they are dosed with extremely high amounts of Parabens – far greater than anyone would be exposed to under actual conditions of use or with repeated use. The simple fact is that the Parabens are 100,000 times weaker than natural estrogen in the body – far too weak to have any effect in humans.

The Tea Tree Story

October 24th, 2011

Sir Joseph Banks, the famous botanist on Captain Cook’s “Endeavor” named the paper bark trees from Botany Bay, Australia, “Tea Tree” (Melaleuca Alternifolia). Generations of Australians, both the native aborigines and the early European settler, have benefited from their own unique first-aid plant. The amazing Tea Tree, the leaf of which produces a natural oil with remarkable antiseptic, germicidal, and fungicidal properties, has gained a growing international reputation.  with nearly 300 varieties of “tea Tree”-only one produces the medicinal oil.  this oil has been used to treat acne, boils, insect bites, psoriasis, eczema, minor burns, cuts and abrasions, to name a few. The Tea Tree Oil’s ability to penetrate the skin makes it an outstanding ingredient for shampoos, conditioners, moisturizers, medical creams, and as a gel.  Combining with the Aloe Vera enhances the natural ingredients of both these wondrous, skin-loving plants.  Furthermore, the pure oil is completely non-toxic and cannot damage healthy tissue around the area to be treated.Tea Tree Oil is beneficial for all parts of the body except for the eyes.  We have combined Tea Tree Oil with other natural beneficial ingredients ( such as whole leaf Aloe Vera, botanical herbs and vitamins) to create an array of exceptionally fine skin care products for modern consumer who demands purity and effectiveness without unnecessary synthetic ingredients.

Three Skin Care Habits to Break and Nine Habits to Make

September 17th, 2011

Our skin is the largest organ of our body and is a complex, highly dynamic system that plays a very crucial role to our general well-being. Our skin is also a reflection of our overall health. Our skin is our body’s protective layer and it needs care and attention.

Starting a healthy skin care routine and breaking those habits that are detrimental to the skin is the first step towards an overall state of well being and beauty.

The most important bad habits to break are:

Bad Habit #1: Dry Shaving
It is important to note that shaving legs and underarms dry can cause irritation, ingrown hairs, and razor burn. The skin should be softened with shaving cream prior to shaving. In addition, hand soap is not recommended as a softener. Soap has a tendency to dry out the skin, dull your razor, and invite cuts. Additionally, when shaving, long strokes are less stressful to the skin than short strokes. Consider a shaving cream rich in emollients and after shaving, apply a mild body lotion to soothe the shaved area.

Bad Habit #2: Ignoring Incidental Sun Exposure
Sun exposure is the biggest factor in causing wrinkles, age spots, and dullness. While you may think that just walking to the car or running your daily errands on a sunny day doesn’t count as sun exposure, you’re wrong. Everyday before you leave the house, you should apply a SPF lotion, whether it be in your makeup or in your day cream, don’t leave home without it.

Bad Habit #3: Avoiding Exfoliation
Exfoliation of the skin brings out great results. This method of cleansing removes dead skin cells that have developed on the outer surface, and enhances circulation to the skin surface. Exfoliation will reduce blotchiness and even out the skin tone. How much you exfoliate in a week’s time is dependent upon your individual skin type. However, all skin types need some sort of an exfoliation treatment in their skin care regime. Add a little cornmeal to your cleanser or consider dead sea salt for a great scrub.

Nine Habits to Maintain
The following habits are actual recommendations shared by most dermatologists as a complete skin care regime.

Good Habit #1: Avoid Too Much Cosmeceuticals
Numerous experts agree that the markets are bombarded with skin care products containing ingredients such as alpha-hydroxy acid, antioxidants, salicylic acids and retinoids. These chemical agents, that are supposed to be beneficial to the skin can sometimes be detrimental and cause damage. A lot of women shopping for a skin care product will try different products from different manufacturers. Combining skin care products from different manufactures can be harmful to you skin. Your cleansing cream and moisturizer may contain chemicals that will interact with each other thus causing irritation, and this could very well be a major component for those with sensitive skin. Additionally a complete skin care line from the same manufacturer is designed to work together to get the most benefit from the product.

So good habit #1 is to stay with one type of skin care product line. Shop for skin care product lines that are chemically formulated to work together. In addition, if you are using any prescription skin care products, talk with your doctor about which over the counter products are safe. This would also apply to any type of prescription drugs you are taking.

Good Habit #2: Hydrate both internally and externally. We all know that drinking water does keep you hydrated internally, but did you know it also hydrates the skin. So, get in the standard of 6 to 8 eight-ounce glasses throughout the day.

If you drink a lot of low-cal liquids, drink more water to avoid dehydration. Most of the new sugar substitutes today are dehydrating.

Good Habit #3: Consider a Healthy Exercise
Exercise is great for a beautiful skin. Women that exercise regularly have a healthy glow to their skin. Exercise increases blood flow and circulation thus bringing nutrients to the outer layer of the skin. In addition to a natural glow to your skin, there is a great deal of benefits associated with exercise as you probably know.

Good Habit #4: Intimate with the Phone? Don’t Be!
When talking on the phone, leave a safe distance between your mouth and chin to the mouthpiece. Touching the mouthpiece with you mouth and letting it rest against your face or chin may to lead to rashes or pimple breakouts. Although, I do not know if this has been scientifically proven, it just makes sense that you wouldn’t want the germs or dirty objects up against your face. In addition, if possible try to avoid letting other people use your cell phone or visa versa. You should sanitize your cell phone and your landline frequently. Rubbing alcohol would work for sanitizing.

Good Habit #5: Examine Your Birthday Suit for Spots
When it comes to skin care, any sudden or suspicious-looking mole, bump or other growth on the skin is a reason to see a dermatologist. As skin cancer rates skyrockets having a full body check up by a professional is recommended if you are unsure of any spots or growths on your body.

In addition, those who belong in a high risk group, meaning having a personal or family history of skin cancer, a lot of moles, fair skin, or light eyes or hair, should consult a specialist for a regular check up. The regular examination should start in their teens and probably no later than age 35. However, even if you do not belong in a high risk group, it is still recommended that between the ages of 20 and 40, people must have a cancer-related check up. The check up must include a skin examination every three to four years. Once you hit your 40s, start undergoing a cancer-related examination with skin exam every year. Aside from that, it is advisable that you do monthly self-exams in order for you to keep an eye out for changes and growths.

Good Habit #6: Eat Healthy Foods
Healthy foods refer to those that help your skin and body fight against the bad forces outside and inside. You must consider antioxidants such as vitamin A, C and E as they are highly beneficial for sun damaged skin and fight certain cancers, including skin cancer. Along with a healthy diet consider a multivitamin that meets the RDA standards.

Good Habit #7: Avoid Wearing Your Makeup to Bed at Night
We all know this rule, but have you thought about how detrimental it is to your skin. Leaving foundation, powder or even blusher on your skin overnight clogs skin pores. Additionally, your skin doesn’t breathe all night long and therefore can not replenish and rejuvenate. Clogged pores lead to pimples, blackheads, and blemishes.

When cleaning your skin prior to bedtime, use a good cleanser, followed by a toner and moisturizer. There is no need for your cleanser to have glycolic acid or alpha-hydroxy acids as it is not on your face long enough to actually work. Consider a facial peel whereas the hydroxyl acids or glycolic acid is on the face long enough to be effective.

Good Habit #8: Hands off Those Zits
The best way to get rid of a zit is to leave it alone. Picking, poking, and squeezing just prolong its life. In addition, by picking at the blemish you may cause scarring or spread infection. The best way to get rid of a pimple is to apply a warm compress and dab on an over the counter cream or lotion containing a drying agent such as salicylic acid, benzyl peroxide, witch hazel or sulfur. In addition there are some wonderful home made remedies to reduce outbreaks and clear your complexion.

Good Habit #9: Rest and Get Enough Sleep
While I am not sure of how many studies have been done on skin care and sleep, the signs of not enough sleep based on my own experience are: under-eye bags and dark circles under your eyes. In addition, stress plays a factor on skin care, for instance of eczema has been linked to stress. The benefits of sleep on the body and the skin are exponential and necessary for good health and great skin.

Sleeping position will affect your skin. Sleeping in the same position year after year will naturally cause wrinkles. However finding the right pillow that decreases creasing on the face will reduce premature aging.

As presented there are a lot of habits that we often times ignore, thinking that they don’t play a significant role in our lives. If your main goal is attaining beautiful skin and general well-being, then a healthy lifestyle, and skin regime is worth maintaining. Our daily habits impact our health and our skin.

Are Big Brand Name Skin Care Products Truly More Effective?

September 14th, 2011

The more luxurious and expensive a skin care product is, the more effective it is! That’s the message the big famous brand skin care companies have been ‘sending out’ for many years now.

As a consumer, do you believe that those super expensive (so-called) ‘elite’ anti aging skin care creams and serums are, with doubt, more superior and contain the most effective and most recent ‘break through’ anti aging ingredients, (in clinically effective dose amounts?)

Well, here’s the truth of the matter. The famous ‘big-brand’ skin care companies do not churn out the most effective anti aging skin care formulas in the industry.

“Really?”

Yes, really! Here’s the simple basics of why!

Firstly, it’s connected to massive organizational structures and highly complex global supply-chain/distribution structures. The logistics of releasing an up-to-date formula based on a new ‘breakthrough or recently discovered ingredient, to tens of thousands of outlets worldwide, is an unbelievably complex undertaking.

The net result is that the elite skin care companies need long lead in times in order to release a new formula/product. Generally speaking, a two year lead in is pretty close to what they generally need! It’s impossible for them to achieve the flexibility of smaller, ‘lean’ companies who can take advantage of new ingredient innovations by getting products to market within a handful of months.

This is the pure and simple reason why ‘elite’ brand anti aging skin care products are generally not up to date nor based on the most effective skin care science currently available.

Their superior marketing however conjures up a believable illusion that they are!

THOSE SLY SELLING PRESENTATIONS

All skin care companies, big and small, reputable or not, know precisely what product savvy, 21st century consumers expect from an effective anti aging skin product. In a nutshell, it must (tangibly) decrease the visible signs of aging by taking on specific key factors such as:

  • Reducing fine lines and wrinkles
  • Working on sun damage, age spots, freckles, blotches and so on
  • Improving firmness and elasticity of the skin
  • Creating a more youthful appearance that you can actually acknowledge (without having to stare in the mirror for hours on end trying to spot the differences!)

The elite brand companies go to remarkable lengths to make sure their target markets are informed on the latest, cutting edge skin renewal technology which can attain these product goals. You’d be hard pressed to find any regular buyer of skin care products who doesn’t know that the latest anti aging skin care science is based on 3 things:

  • Remedying the loss of collagen and elastin
  • Boosting diminishing levels of hyaluronic acid
  • Reducing the deadly effects of oxidation from the action of free radicals

So, here’s the problem. The elite brand skin care companies use their sophisticated marketing skills to make sure we all know that these three ‘cutting edge’ skin care ‘basics’ are what is needed to deal effectively with the primary causes of skin aging. BUT in reality their products simply do not address all three, and do not contain the presently most effective ingredients.

For the reasons I outlined above, they simply can’t afford to create skin care formulas that effectively target all three approaches. A basic evaluation of their active ingredients tells us that they typically target just one, and in the best case scenario, ‘two’, of these three fundamental causes of skin aging!

It’s critically important that you understand these causes of skin aging are INTERRELATED so unless you address all three of them simultaneously, you will be largely unsuccessful with your anti aging agenda.

Now, we come to the heart of the matter in terms of evaluating the ‘effectiveness’ potential of any anti aging skin care therapy. It’s simple and straightforward! A product must contain clinically proven ingredients which tackle ALL THREE causes of skin aging.

But that’s just the first step. You must keep in mind that there are effective ‘anti aging’ ingredients and then there ARE HIGHLY EFFECTIVE ‘anti aging’ ingredients! So, we need to have some idea of how to judge the ‘DEGREE OF EFFECTIVENESS’ of any ‘anti aging’ ingredients being used. (That’s where articles such as this one come in.)

This of course, is the area where the famous-brand companies work particularly hard with their marketing spin, as they attempt to create the perception in their customer’s mind that the product is far more effective than it really is.

The financial impact of expense heavy marketing and distribution set-ups, huge inflexible organizational structures and immense pressure (ie. GREED) from shareholders, all take their toll. These financial pressures, along with the fact that the elite brand companies always formulate and manufacture products to a pre-determined price, means that, although they do contain SOME effective, clinically proven’ ingredients (up to 2 years ‘old’ and therefore usually no longer the ‘most effective’ choices), they can only afford to include them in VERY MINUTE AMOUNTS!

What is common in the skin care industry is to include an effective, proven ingredient, for which a product label statement/claim can be made, but to include it in totally ineffective, minute quantities!

In other words, the ingredient amounts used are nowhere near the levels at which the ingredient has been confirmed effective in clinical research.

As an example, let’s say that the best results for a given ingredient were created with a 3% concentration. So, of course that is the concentration which a skincare company should use. Instead however, we see companies using pitiful amounts like in 0.2% (rather than the clinically established 3%) so that legally they can ‘show it off’ on the product label as an active ingredient.

The formula is then filled up mainly with water, glycerine and other cheap ingredients to create the cream.

HOW MUCH VALUE FOR MONEY WILL YOU GET?

The tiny concentrations of active ingredients used in elite brand products make it ‘unachievable’ for those products to ever give you the full extent of their ‘awesome sounding’ marketing claims (for the bulk of users)!

Please take note that I’m not categorically saying that you simply can’t/won’t get substantial anti aging results from an expensive elite brand skin care product! What I’m wanting to stress and impress on you however is that the results you’ll get from elite brand products, to whatever extent, are not representative of the MOST EFFECTIVE results scientifically possible AND they give incredibly inferior value for money because of their grossly over-inflated purchase prices.

As you probably already know, the famed ‘elite’ brand anti aging skin care creams and serums are not priced in line with the expense of manufacturing them! They are priced at the uppermost price-point which the market will bear. Paying around $70, $80, $100 and beyond is wasting money. It’s simply not necessary to spend those amounts of cash to get the results you’re expecting.

Oh, and the other important issue with respect to elite brand-name skin care cosmetics is their safety. It’s a critical topic to investigate because it’s an area where the majority of companies (including the elite brands) have things to hide. Visit my website ‘skincare-antiaging-secrets’ with the links in the author resource box below to learn about dangerous ingredients in skin care products.

THE MOST EFFECTIVE ANTI AGING SKIN CARE PRODUCTS

The safest, scientifically most effective anti aging skin products are always coming out of mid sized companies, who, you’re probably unlikely to be acquainted with (unless you’re in the know!)

Instead of generating huge marketing reach through huge marketing budgets, their marketing philosophies are based on word of mouth from satisfied consumers and by selling straight to the end-user online only. This is the most ‘expenditure effective’ business paradigm presently available in the health/beauty industries. Steering well clear of expensive marketing and distribution methodologies, allows these flexible companies to allocate massive savings back into their products.

What that means for you is:

  • The most effective ‘breakthrough’ active ingredients
  • In scientifically established quantities
  • Completely all natural ingredients (total avoidance of chemical based ingredients)

And there’s one last key issue – one which drives the best skin care companies to the top. They keep their profit margins low and price their products in line with the cost of producing them! (They’re happy to take a reasonable/fair profit!)

CUTTING EDGE CELL RENEWAL TECHNOLOGY
THE ANTI AGING SKIN CARE PRODUCT IN MY CUPBOARD

“The ‘most effective’ anti aging skin care product ingredients.” I used this sentence several times. These, of course, are what we all want to know about and look into. So, in my next article I’m going to focus on this for you. That means I’ll be discussing:

“THE BIG THREE!”

Huh?

The ‘Big Three’ are the current ‘breakthrough’ anti aging ingredients!

The clinical research supporting them, particularly in stimulating collagen and elastin regrowth and increasing hyaluronic acid levels, are exceptional. That’s why they’re creating so much buzz in the industry right now.

My friends (aka. ‘spies’) working in the skin care industry tell me that the elite skin care companies are gearing up to release new anti aging products based around the ‘Big Three’. (If you’re loyal to ‘elite’ brand products, dont’ forget those long lead in times. You’ll be waiting a long time.)

The business which manufactures the anti aging skin care product I personally use already contains the ‘Big Three’. The bottom line of why I selected to use this company’s products is purely because they use the ‘Big Three’ in the EXACT concentrations as those contained in successful clinical research.

‘Xtend-Life’ is the name of the company and they are based in New Zealand. Their set-up falls in line with the cost effective organizational/production criteria I outlined above. A lean, flexible, medium sized (family owned) company, selling direct to the shopper via the internet only. There are no shareholders or venture capitalists connected to the company and so on. That’s basically the reason they manage to sell these highly effective cell rejuvenation skin care products at a half to a third of the cost of the luxury brand name products.

The Xtend-Life business strategy is spot on (if only all skin care companies would share the same vision):

‘Formulate and manufacture the most effective anti aging skin care cream formulas according to the most recent skin care science, and then provide unbeatable value for money by keeping profit margins low and fair!’

As a result there is no incentive for other companies to try and duplicate their product formulas!

When we consider medium sized skin care companies, like Xtend-Life, I can tell you there are other great skin care companies out there who already use one or (in not so many cases) two of the ‘Big Three’ AND at the recommended clinical dose amounts. But I know of none that combine multiple actives in a synergistic way like the Xtend-Life skin care formulas have … in other words none that have the same level of active ingredients in their finished product.

Xtend-Life use more than 40 active ingredients in their anti aging products. All of which are safe enough to snack on (ALL NATURAL – ABSOLUTELY NO CHEMICALS), and proven in clinical trials to be TRULY EFFECTIVE!

Skin Care Specific For Men Who Want to Look Well-Groomed With Little Fuss

September 11th, 2011

Men’s interest in taking care of their skin is steadily increasing. They are also aware of the importance of using safe natural ingredient products. It is not new for men to want to look well groomed. Now they are seeking healthy products to feed their skin in order to maintain a fresh attractive appeal.

Men want a no-fuss, straight forward approach to skin care. They don’t need the pretty bottles or sweet aroma of fragrant lotions and cleansers-men want the basics. Skin care can be tailored specifically to a man’s needs without added synthetic ingredients that are found in many products. Using the purity of nature to enhance the skin’s surface a can makes a healthier skin care routine simple.

Men’s skin care needs are specific partly as a result of shaving, which not only irritates the skin, it can leave pores open to invite clogging or blackheads. Therefore methods of cleansing are especially important to a man’s skin care regime.

Whether your skin tends to be oily or dry and sensitive it requires care that will encourage it toward balance. Working with natural ingredient products that are formulated to assist the skin to find its proper balance will bring the desired results of smooth, fresh attractive looking skin.

Simple Steps to healthy looking attractive skin:

Step 1: Cleansing

Cleansing for men needs to be gentle, even soothing, yet cleanse deep. This can be accomplished with a clay or cream cleanser that caters to Men’s skin care needs – irritation, large pores, oily or dry-sensitive skin. Synthetic chemicals are harsh on the skin. They can strip and irritate your skin or cause clogged pores.

Scrubs can be cleansers that gently exfoliate. A scrub removes dry dead skin cells encouraging the development of new healthy skin cells. This also minimizes fine lines. The result is a smooth healthy looking skin surface. Be careful of rough scrubs as they can irritate and damage the skin’s surface. (recommended use is 2 times per week)

Mud Masks are effective for deep cleansing and toning of skin’s surface and pores. A quality Dead Sea Mud Mask will replenish valuable mineral nutrients to the skin while removing impurities. It can help prevent ingrown hairs and blackheads from forming. (recommended use is 1- 2 times per week, depending on your individual skin)
The harsh effect of shaving can leave the skin with a dull appearance. A facial scrub or mask used as a gentle exfoliating product will bring a smooth toned healthy appearance to your skin.

Step 2: Shave

Shaving Cream Shaving can irritate the skin, cause bumps and enlarged pores which can lead to clogged pores or black heads. Always cleanse your face well with steamy water before you shave, and go with the grain. Shaving creams that are made with nature’s ingredients can be formulated to sooth and condition the skin while you shave. They should be made without toxic foaming agents and other harsh synthetic chemicals that can cause irritation.
After Shave – Toner – After shaving it is good to apply an After Shave Toner to soothe irritations from shaving. This is a final aspect of cleansing as well as a primary aspect of hydrating and toning the pores. Note: avoid alcohol- based aftershaves, they will irritate your skin.

Step 3: Moisturize

Moisturizers for Men – A quality moisturizer cream should be light on the skin yet rich with replenishing skin care ingredients that also hydrate and protect the skin. Properly selected botanical extracts and essential oils will provide excellent healthy skin care benefits. These ingredients do not have overpowering scents that linger. They are gentle to the skin and subtle to the nose. Moisturizer creams that are made with plant extracts only, will have no scent for those who prefer products that have no aroma.

Eye Cream – The area around the eyes tends to show signs of aging, appearing dry, devitalized and wrinkled sooner than the rest of the face. Therefore caring for the area around the eyes can make the most significant improvement in appearance, keeping you looking fresh, healthy and attractive. The eye area has the most sensitive skin. It is essential to use a quality eye cream that is free of harmful synthetic ingredients.

Specific concerns:

dark circles – under the eyes can make you look tired, devitalized or older. Although this is more likely related to nutrition, digestion or stress, there are safe plant ingredients that can blended in eye creams to help dissipate the dark circles.

aging skin – may appear dry with fine or deep wrinkles and lacking good tone and elasticity. The key to restoring your skin’s appearance is care with products that will replenish and revitalize your skin. The 3 simple steps that have been outlined above are designed for this purpose.

dry- sensitive – often feels tight and can flake. Should not be treated with harsh cleansers, harsh exfoliates or astringent products, as frequent use of such products will interfere with the skin’s natural oils that are essential to healthy skin. Basic care with soothing, replenishing and balancing (1) cleanser, (2) after shave toner and (3) moisturizer will restore your skin to its proper health and balance.

oily skin – typically shiny, greasy, may have visible pores and be acne-prone. It is important to use a mild yet effective facial cleanser. Many cleansers are harsh and strip your skin of its natural oils. This dries the skin which in turn causes increased oil production.

combination skin – characterized by an oily T-zone, forehead, nose and chin while other areas are normal or dry. Balancing and conditioning the skin is the essential focus for this skin type. Basic care with soothing replenishing and balancing (1) cleanser, (2) after shave toner and (2) moisturizer will restore your skin to its proper health and balance.

breakout prone – Besides keeping oil production in check it is important to keep your pores toned (tight) to prevent trapping oil and dirt. A quality Dead Sea Mud mask can be effective for toning enlarged pores. It will also cleanse deep, it is without drying, and condition the skin leaving it smooth and revitalized.

blackheads – Ask Eve to send you her blackhead removal process. Follow this up with regular dead sea mud masks to keep your pores toned to help prevent new blackheads from forming.

The beauty of working with nature’s plants is that when chosen properly specific plants have an extensive range of benefits. It is as likely for one plant to assist dry skin as it is to assist oily skin to find its proper balance while at the same time be beneficial for normal skin. Additionally, a plant that is known for its sebum balancing properties may also specialize in toning, softening or improving the circulation of the skin. As unusual as this may seem, this is just one of the many advantages of working with plant ingredients.

Natural Skin Care Facts For Shoppers

September 5th, 2011

People in the UK and other parts of the world need to realize that natural skin care products are not the cure all for skin problems. Basically, it is really hard to locate a natural skin care product which is 100% natural due to synthetic preservatives. These products which contain natural preservatives are all very expensive. Furthermore, these types of products last a shorter time on the store shelves and are a deterrent to those manufacturer them. Remember that natural skin care solutions can be just as dangerous to the skin as the synthetic product.

Natural skin care product choices should always be determined by three factors:

· The type of skin being treated whether it is normal, oily, dry, or sensitive.
· The way in which the product is applied (must be used properly).
· The climate in which the product is being used, for instance, an oil-free product should be used in hot and humid climates. You can also use a recipe for the skin care treatments and make one for yourself using organic fresh vegetable and fruits. You can find these recipes in book stores.

You can buy natural skin care cosmetics from Dr Hauschka natural cosmetics, to use on your skin; they are completely organic and natural. They are formulated to work gently with every skin type including people with sensitive skin. For UK residents who are looking to obtain these products, Dr. Hauschka can help you in achieving well balanced skin. This company offers cosmetics, body care, bath care, hair care, and more.

Bon Sante is a wholesale skin care company whose formulas are among the very best natural beauty care products made today. Organic fruits and vegetables are used along with very good minerals, oils, and extracts. They have no cruelty or negative economic issues. In addition, their products do not contain added chemicals, or any high costing filler such as artificial dyes, petroleum, or other ingredients of the type.

When you do begin to use these products don’t ignore other essential factors concerning your skin care. Don’t partake of oily foods, or participate in other unhealthy eating habits, drink plenty of water, and exercise regularly.

When locating the best natural skin care products in the UK and elsewhere, use the products which are most beneficial to you. Remember, an unsuitable product may do more harm than good.
