Due to Covid, returns are not accepted.
Our products are handmade, if breakage occurs in shipping, please send us a picture and I'll be happy to work with you on a resolution of a credit or refund.
Our shipping department takes great pride to ensure the correct items are packaged correctly and with care. If your order is not correct, please notify us within 24 hrs of receipt, we will be happy to resolve this unfortunate situation.
We strive to ship all orders with 2-3 business days excluding Sunday. During peak selling days, such as Christmas, Black Friday and Cyber Monday etc, we may take up to 5 days, depending on orders. We appreciate your support of our business and your understanding.
